In 2021, I retired early from a law firm. I have always aspired to be a writer, so I decided to stop waiting.
Born into my father’s service life in the Air Force, life took my family from Louisiana to Idaho, Kauai, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Missouri. Every living experience in front of me has been tied to language.
My life revolves around family and friends. I have other passions including painting, research, historic buildings, true crime, reading non-fiction, and travel.
I self-publish and write on the Medium platform including some of its publications (The Daily Cuppa, Illumination, and The Writing Cooperative).
